A team that knows both operations and software from the inside
Novavio was founded by a team with years of experience on both the operations and the software side of e-commerce. Because we have seen where the work gets stuck in the field, we design the solution from inside that work.
For years we were inside e-commerce operations: part of the teams navigating between marketplace panels, updating stock and price files, talking to suppliers over email, and searching a spreadsheet at the end of the day to find where an order had stalled.
At the same time we were on the side writing those systems. Seeing both together made it clear that the problem was not a lack of tools but fragmentation: every system holds its own version of the truth, and a person closes the gap every single day.
Novavio exists for exactly that. When product, order, supply, shipment and invoicing meet in the same data model, the need for manual checks drops on its own; the team does not have to grow at the same rate as the operation.
What is gained in the end is time. Teams get to work on the decisions that grow the business instead of repetitive tasks — for us that is the contribution that genuinely matters.
We know the field
We know how the work actually runs before we draw a screen; most of the time we have worked inside that same job.
One backbone
Product, order, stock, shipment and invoicing live in the same data model; we never keep duplicate data between modules.
Fast integration
Bringing a requested new service inside quickly is not an exception — it is the center of how we work.
Integration reliability
The error queue, retries and monitoring are part of the integration — not something added afterwards.
What we deliver is time
Our measure of success is not the number of features; it is the hours a team wins back from repetitive work during the day.
A long-term partnership
A way of working that does not end at go-live and develops together with the operation as it grows.
To make the entire e-commerce operation manageable from a single backbone, and to give teams back the time they lose to repetitive work.
What we bring to the table
Operations experience
Processes run in the field; learned while working through the day, not in theory.
- Marketplace listing, price and stock management
- Supplier relationships, XML sources and catalog structure
- Warehouse, shipment, return and carrier practices
- Invoicing, accounts and channel profitability tracking
The software side
Infrastructure that can carry these processes and does not crack as they grow.
- A shared integration framework and a ready adapter skeleton
- A modular architecture built on a single data model
- Error queue, retry and monitoring infrastructure
- AI agents for mapping and content work
How we work
Discovery
We map your current flow through your channels, supplier structure and daily volume.
Scope
We clarify which module goes live first and in what order the integrations follow.
Go-live
Integrations are connected, data is migrated and the team is trained on the panel.
Scale
New channels, suppliers and modules are added as the operation grows.
